Dr. Javier Castillo Ortiz founded UroSalud on a simple conviction: that patients deserve a specialist who listens before he acts. His practice in Ponce, Puerto Rico, is built around thorough evaluation, honest communication, and care that fits the patient — not a protocol.
Philosophy of care
